Motor Fuel Marketing Practices [CPSC]; Repeals specified provisions relating to definitions to conform. Repeals a specified provision relating to unlawful predatory practices and exceptions. Deletes provisions prohibiting certain predatory practices. Amends a specified provision relating to unlawful discriminatory practices and exceptions. Conforms provisions to the repeal of a specified provision. Repeals a specified provision relating to exempt sales.
