GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Altman

Department of Revenue [WPSC]; Provides for the duration of certain judgment liens. Clarifies the date by which an action to contest any tax, interest, or penalties must be filed. Authorizes the DOR to reduce a tax refund or a tax credit to the extent of liability for unemployment compensation taxes. Repeals provisions relating to monitoring and reporting on the use of a tax deduction claimed by international banking institutions, etc.
