CS/SB 2636: State Conservation Lands [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Dean

State Conservation Lands [EPSC]; Directs the OPPAGA to conduct a study of state land management activities and submit the study to the Legislature. Directs the DEP to issue a request for proposals or invitation to negotiate for a public-private land management demonstration pilot project for conservation lands. Specifies requirements for the project. Requires the Legislative Budget Commission to approve a plan for the proposal, etc.
