SB 444: Title Insurance [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Title Insurance [CPSC]; Authorizes a title insurance agent or agency to charge a reasonable fee for certain services. Prohibits charges for certain services from being set below the cost to provide such services. Prohibits a person from knowingly quoting, charging, accepting, collecting, or receiving a premium for title insurance other than the premium approved by the Office of Insurance Regulation, etc.
