Articulation; Requires statewide articulation agreement to govern establishment of guidelines for inclusion of institutions licensed by Commission for Independent Education; authorizes school districts to enter into articulation agreements; requires representatives from school districts & public & nonpublic postsecondary educational institutions to participate on faculty committees to review courses, etc.
