GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Crist

State Judicial System [WPSC]; Eliminates a percentage reduction in penalties for noncriminal traffic infractions which is provided for attending a basic driver improvement course. Increases certain fines for speeding. Creates an assessment to be paid for noncriminal moving and nonmoving traffic infractions. Provides that the imposition of probation in certain nonfelony cases is discretionary rather than mandatory, etc.
