Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program; Makes program operation contingent upon available funds; revises eligibility criteria; revises tax credit grant provisions; specifies tax credit cap; provides for increasing cap; provides for carryforward of unused amounts of tax credits; provides limitations on conveying, assigning, or transferring tax credits; revises taxpayer tax credit rescission provisions; deletes prohibition against claiming multiple tax credits, etc. APPROPRIATION: $140,494.
