GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Gardiner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Dean ; Storms ; Sobel ; Crist ; Wilson

Individuals with Developmental Disabilities [SPSC]; Revises the application procedures for the licensing of certain facilities that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Requires that each school prepare an incident report within a specified period after each occasion of student restraint or seclusion. Requires that each school notify a student's parent or guardian if manual physical restraint or seclusion is used. Prohibits certain restraints and seclusion, etc.
