GENERAL BILL by Storms ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Money Laundering [SPSC]; Defines the term "prosecuting authority" for purposes of the Florida RICO Act. Provides that the act be liberally construed to achieve the remedial purposes of curtailing racketeering activities and lessening the economic power of criminal organizations engaged in patterns of racketeering activities in this state. Prohibits a natural person from being licensed as a sole proprietorship or engaging in certain activities, etc.
