SB 2340: Agency for Persons with Disabilities [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Storms

Agency for Persons with Disabilities [SPSC]; Authorizes the agency to use information in the Department of Children and Family Services' central abuse hotline for licensure purposes. Requires facility staff to obtain training in detecting, reporting, and preventing abuse, neglect, exploitation, and sexual abuse. Revises the types of violations that may result in license denial, revocation, or suspension or the imposition of an administrative fine, etc.
