GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Dockery

Criminal Justice [SPSC]; Revises obsolete references. Removes an outdated reference to certain employees in relation to assault and battery of specified persons. Clarifies that it is a third-degree felony for a person to knowingly have in his or her possession fewer than 10 counterfeit coins with intent to utter or pass such coins. Deletes obsolete language directing the Legislature to request the Supreme Court to adopt emergency rules, etc.
