SB 358: Contamination Notification/Site Rehabilitation

GENERAL BILL by Justice

Contamination Notification/Site Rehabilitation; Revises contamination notification provisions. Requires individuals responsible for site rehabilitation to provide notice of site rehabilitation to specified entities. Authorizes the DEP to pursue enforcement measures for noncompliance with notice requirements. Requires the DEP to provide specified notice to private K-12 schools and child care facilities. Requires the DEP to provide specified notice to public schools within a specified area, etc.
