SB 786: Residential Tenancies [SPSC]

Residential Tenancies [SPSC]; Prohibits a landlord from refusing to enter into a rental agreement with a person for a dwelling unit because the person is a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, repeat violence, or sexual violence. Prohibits a landlord from refusing to enter into a rental agreement with a victim of said violence because the person previously terminated a rental agreement or had a rental agreement terminated as a result of such violence, etc.
