GENERAL BILL by Randolph
Elected Officials; Requires Commission on Ethics & Elections Commission to notify CFO or governing body of county, municipality, or special district, as appropriate, of any fines owed to it by person who has been elected to state, county, municipal, or special district office; requires CFO or governing body of county, municipality, or special district, as appropriate, to withhold salary payments it would otherwise make to elected officeholder when that official owes fine to Commission on Ethics or Elections Commission, etc.
