Substance Abuse Education/Treatment Intervention; Provides for placement of certain misdemeanor controlled substance offenders in licensed substance abuse education & treatment intervention programs as standard condition of probation; provides that defendants found guilty of certain misdemeanor controlled substance offenses may be placed in licensed substance abuse education & treatment intervention programs; authorizes certain entities providing probation services to provide licensed substance abuse education & treatment intervention programs, etc.
