GENERAL BILL by Flores
Murder of a Child 17 Years of Age or Younger; Reclassifies specified murder offenses if committed upon a child 17 years of age or younger. Prohibits a court from suspending, deferring, or withholding adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence.
