SB 1750: Property Insurance Appraisers/Appraisal Umpires

GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla

Property Insurance Appraisers/Appraisal Umpires; Provides license application, issuance, biennial renewal, or continuation fees for property insurance appraisal umpires and property insurance appraisers. Provides that property insurance appraisal umpires and property insurance appraisers are subject to the powers of the Department of Financial Services, the Financial Services Commission, and the Office of Insurance Regulation. Provides qualifications for licensure as a property insurance appraisal umpire and as a property insurance appraiser, etc.
