SB 428: Retired Justices and Judges
GENERAL BILL by Dean
Retired Justices and Judges; Provides for a former justice or judge to be qualified to serve as a retired justice or judge under certain conditions. Provides circumstances under which such justice or judge may not serve as a retired justice or judge.
