Criminal Justice; Repeals provisions relating to Cybercrime Office within DLA; creates Cybercrime Office within FDLE to investigate certain violations of state law pertaining to sexual exploitation of children; transfers & reassigns functions & responsibilities of Cybercrime Office from DLA to FDLE.
