Water Protection and Sustainability Program; Providing for the deposit of specified revenues into the Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund; revising the funding formula for the distribution of revenues deposited into or appropriated to the trust fund; providing for legislative review of the Water Protection and Sustainability Program and funding formula; providing for the distribution of revenues for the 2012-2013 fiscal year; requiring revenues to be paid to the credit of the Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund in the Department of Environmental Protection, etc.
