State Data Center System; Revises duties of Agency for Enterprise Information Technology & state agencies relating to consolidation of agency data centers into primary data centers; revises schedule of consolidations; revises duties of primary data centers & boards of trustees of such centers; provides that certain administrative overhead costs require specific appropriation in GAA.
