Trust Funds; Terminating specified trust funds within the Department of Transportation; terminating the Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund within the Department of Transportation; providing for the transfer of the remaining funds to the Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund in the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; repealing provisions relating to the Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund, etc.
