PROPOSED BILL by Budget
Court Funding; Requiring that the Department of Revenue transfer certain collected court-related revenue to the Core Court System Clearing Trust Fund; requiring that the Chief Financial Officer deposit into certain trust funds a specified amount of cash for continuing court operations by a specified date and on the first day of each fiscal year thereafter; requiring that the cash amounts be transferred before any other payments or transfers are made from the Core Court System Clearing Trust Fund; providing for distributions from the Core Court System Clearing Trust Fund, etc.
