Pugilistic Exhibitions; Revises duties & responsibilities of executive director of Florida State Boxing Commission; deletes provision requiring electronic recording of all scheduled commission proceedings; provides commission exclusive jurisdiction over approval of amateur mixed martial arts matches; deletes provisions for licensure of concessionaires; provides for immediate license suspension & other disciplinary action if participant fails or refuses to provide urine sample or tests positive for specified prohibited substances; revises procedure & requirements for requesting hearing following withholding of purse; requires promoters to retain specified documents & records; authorizes commission & DBPR to audit specified records retained by promoter; revises procedure for suspension of licenses; revises rules of procedure governing commission hearings; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $111,000
