Deregulation of Professions and Occupations; Exempts certain auctioneers who conduct motor vehicle auction contests from licensure; deletes licensure requirements for auctioneer apprentices; deletes provisions requiring registration of persons whose occupation or practice is confined solely to hair braiding, hair wrapping, or body wrapping; provides that Florida Cosmetology Act does not apply to such persons; conforms provisions repeals provisions relating to Sale of Business Opportunities Act & regulation of certain business opportunities.
