Court-Ordered Expunction of Criminal History Records; Allows minors who have certain felony arrests to have FDLE expunge their nonjudicial arrest records upon successful completion of prearrest or postarrest diversion program; extends application submission date for minors who completed program before certain date; revises information that must be provided in written statement from state attorney or statewide prosecutor for person to be eligible for expunction; revises when certificate of eligibility for expunction shall be issued; authorizes FDLE to enter certain expunged records in specified databases; requires FDLE to disclose certain expunged records to specified governmental entities.
