REVISER'S/GENERAL BILL by Rules and Calendar Committee ; Oliva
Florida Statutes/GED; Conforms statutes to directive of Legislature in s. 38 of ch. 2013-51, LOF, to change terms "General Educational Development test" or "GED test" to "high school equivalency examination" & terms "general education diploma," "graduate equivalency diploma," or "GED" to "high school equivalency diploma" wherever those terms appear in Florida Statutes.
Effective Date: 60th day after adjournment sine die of the session of the Legislature in which enacted
