Motor Vehicle Insurance; Authorizing a joint underwriting plan and the Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association to cancel certain insurance policies within a specified period under certain circumstances; authorizing insurers to electronically provide a form to reject, or to select lower coverage amounts of, uninsured motorist vehicle coverage to a named insured; revising the period during which the applicable fee schedule or payment limitation under Medicare applies with respect to certain personal injury protection insurance coverage, etc.
