Statewide Prepaid Dental Program for Medicaid-eligible Children; Establishing the statewide prepaid dental program for Medicaid-eligible children; requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to contract with prepaid dental health plans meeting specified criteria; requiring the agency to issue a competitive procurement to licensed prepaid dental health plans to implement the program; providing that a Medicaid-eligible child shall receive dental services through the Medicaid managed medical assistance program during a specified period, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
