Culinary Education Programs; Providing for the applicability of Department of Health sanitation rules to a licensed culinary education program; authorizing a culinary education program with a public food service establishment license to obtain an alcoholic beverage license under certain conditions; authorizing the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to adopt rules to administer such licenses, etc.
