GENERAL BILL by Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sachs

Protection Zones for Springs; Providing penalties for violations relating to protection zones for springs; directing the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to establish protection zones to prevent harm to springs; requiring the commission to set vessel speed and operation standards for protection zones; requiring the commission to consult with certain other entities under certain circumstances; specifying responsibility for posting and maintaining regulatory markers, etc.
