Juvenile Justice; Creating an exception to the suspension of civil rights upon the conviction of a felony for children convicted as adults; deleting provisions requiring that a state attorney request the court to transfer and certify a child for prosecution as an adult under certain circumstances; requiring the Department of Juvenile Justice, beginning on a certain date, to collect specified information relating to children who qualify for prosecution as adults and for children who are transferred for criminal prosecution as adults, etc.
