Public Records/Civil Citation or Prearrest Diversion Program/Criminal History Records; Creating an exemption from public records requirements for the personal identifying information of adults who participate in a civil citation or prearrest diversion program; expanding an existing public records exemption to include the administrative sealing of specified criminal history records; providing for future review and repeal of the expanded exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect on July 1, 2017
