Criminal Offenses; Revising threshold amounts for failure to remit taxes offenses, retail theft, dealing in stolen property by use of the Internet offenses, stopping payment offenses, offenses involving giving worthless checks, drafts, and debit card orders, and offenses involving payments to the Department of Revenue, etc.
