Rec. and Meetings/Unsolicited Proposals; Reenacts s. 255.065(15), F.S., which provides exemptions from public records & public meetings requirements for unsolicited proposals received by responsible public entity, unsolicited proposals discussed in portion of meeting of such entity, & recording of, & records generated during, closed meeting; expands exemptions to incorporate amendment made to definition of term "responsible public entity" by HB 607; provides statement of public necessity.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 607 or similar legislation relating to public-private partnerships takes effect
