Use of Credit Information for Motor Vehicle Insurance; Prohibiting insurers from requesting or using credit reports or credit scores of applicants or insureds for underwriting or rating purposes as to personal lines motor vehicle insurance; prohibiting insurers from making adverse decisions against such applicants or insureds based on the applicants’ or insureds’ credit reports or credit scores, etc.
