Continuing Care Contracts; Revising applicability of specified provisions of the Florida Insurance Code as to the Office of Insurance Regulation’s authority to regulate providers of continuing care and continuing care at-home; prohibiting a person, without the office’s prior written approval, from acquiring a facility operating under a subsisting certificate of authority and engaging in the business of providing continuing care; providing that violations of certain provisions constitute an immediate danger to the public health, safety, or welfare, etc.
