Election Security Measures; Prohibiting the use of electronic poll books that are not approved by the Department of State beginning with the 2022 primary election; defining the term “risk-limiting audit”; establishing the risk-limiting audit pilot program to be administered by the department; requiring a participating county to submit a report to the department following completion of the audit, etc.
