Drug-related Overdose Prevention; Revises provisions relating to prescribing, ordering, & dispensing of emergency opioid antagonists; authorizes pharmacists to order certain emergency opioid antagonists; provides specified immunities; authorizes personnel of law enforcement agencies & other agencies to administer emergency opioid antagonists; revises requirements for certain health awareness campaign; requires reporting of controlled substance overdoses.
