Homeless Service Professionals; Providing qualifications for certification as a person with lived experience; requiring the Department of Children and Families to conduct background screening; specifying disqualifying offenses for a person applying for certification; authorizing a person who does not meet background screening requirements to request an exemption from disqualification from the department, etc.
