CS/SB 2140: Water Management

GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Latvala

Water Management; provides requirements to protest contracts administered by water management districts; provides additional licensure requirements for water well contractors; provides for classification & permitting of aquifer storage & recovery wells; requires DEP to adopt & enforce certain primary & secondary drinking water regulations for nontransient & transient noncommunity water systems, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $2,000,000.
