Ad Val Exemption/Personal Property; constitutional amendment to allow exemption from ad val taxation by general law, of all appurtenances & attachments to mobile home dwellings classified as tangible personal property & all appliances, furniture, & fixtures so classified which are included in single-family & multi-family residential rental facilities having 10 or fewer units. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
