Guardianship; requires emergency temporary guardian to file inventory of ward's property under certain circumstances; requires guardians to submit to periodic credit & criminal investigation; requires forms & audits used by guardians & clerks of court to conform to certain standards; authorizes law enforcement agencies & certain other agencies to have access to guardianship reports, etc. Amends Ch. 744.
