Commercial Real Estate Liens Act; creates "Broker's & Appraiser's Lien on Commercial Real Estate Act"; specifies conditions under which commission is earned & payable; provides requirements re waiver, release, or discharge of lien & assumption of obligation for commission; provides for extinguishment of lien on commercial real estate & transfer of lien to proceeds of escrow account upon establishment thereof, etc. Creates Ch. 714; amends 475.42.
