Commerce; increases funding for Florida Seaport Transportation & Economic Development Program; provides new funding for certain seaport transportation & economic development projects; eliminates role of Florida Trade Data Center in development of certain trade data information products; designates transportation commerce corridors of statewide significance; authorizes transportation commerce improvement grants, etc. Amends Chs. 311, 341.
