GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Education ; Wise ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Individuals with Disabilities; provides that individual with disability has full & equal access to & enjoyment of public accommodations & state & local facilities, programs, services & activities; requires Blind Services Div. to develop & implement state plan for vocational rehabilitation services; creates children's program; authorizes division to create blind services direct-support organization; provides purposes & objectives, etc. Amends Ch. 413.
