Child Development; conforms provisions to revised definitions governing child development; provides that certain children in Relative Caregiver Program are eligible for school readiness services; revises requirements of Rilya Wilson Act; creates Florida Partnership for School Readiness; provides requirements for school readiness programs; establishes requirements for Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters program, etc. Amends FS.
