GENERAL BILL by Russell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Holloway ; Machek ; Spratt

Water Resources; requires local governments to include projected water use in comprehensive plans; requires local governments to consider regional water supply plans in their work plans for building water supply facilities; provides for public workshop on development of regional water supply plans that include consideration of population projections; requires certain uses of reclaimed water at state facilities, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 403, 163, 159.803.
