Mental Health Service Providers; provides requirements for provision of mental health services to residents of assisted living facility having limited mental health license; requires AHCA to establish workgroup to examine strategies & make recommendations prior to implementation of any managed care plan that would include behavioral health care services in specified counties; provides for membership. Amends 409.912.
