Rec.; provides exemption from public-records requirements for information & referrals received by Ethics Commission re violations of ethics code until commission determines that it will not investigate complaint or referral; provides for release of such information to criminal investigative agencies; provides for future legislative review & repeal under OGSR Act; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 112.324.
